Programming Skills
Core: C++, VC++
Desired: COM, DCOM, C#, SQL and Linux

Compulsory Skill Set
- Fluency in Spoken and Written English
- Expertise in developing C++ applications in a cross platform environment including Linux
- Expertise in MSVC 6.0 and above
- Should know building multi-threaded server applications
- Excellent knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (specification, documentation and QA)
Additional Skill Set
- Problem solving and system analysis
- Ability to understand business issues
- Experience in troubleshooting complex customer issues
- Experience in interactive voice response telephony systems
- Familiarity with Asterisk IPBX will be an add on
