	softwareRequirements.php page does not display in the browser.

Solution There are three reasons why the softwareRequirements.php page would not load when queried with a browser. They are:

1) The page has not been placed in the document root (or any other accessible directory) on the web server.

2) PHP is not installed properly.

3) The web server is not running.
